Run a Lumbermen's Credit Report
This is Lumbermens own database of 155,000 contractors and developers in Florida in which we load in over $450,000,000 of accounts receivable from all the material suppliers in the state of Florida. If you cannot find it here, you can enter a request for a Business Credit report which is explained below.

• Name & location of the company with which you are considering doing business;
• Corporate information such as their officer's names, incorporation date, any bankruptcy filings and connections with affiliated companies;
• Payment experience profile is easy-to-interpret and tells you how they really pay their bills -- you can look at their history by month or by quarter;
• Public record information is also put right at your fingertips and makes you aware of liens, judgments, lis pendens and releases for the 30 included Florida counties;
• And you'll also find out who has requested credit reports on the company in the past.

Request a Business Credit Report
This option will allow you to request a business credit report on any company in the country. We have 11 million reports available nationwide. You would use this option if you cannot find it in Lumbermen's Credit System database. NOTE: There is an additional $35 charge for this National Report.

Request a Personal Credit Report
This option will allow you to request a personal (consumer) report on any individual in the country. On the request from a social security number is needed with a current mailing address. Of course a business reason to extend credit is required. And the appropriate signed documents are required by Lumbermen's. Call our office if you have any questions.

Request a Contractor's License Report
This database will allow you to check the validity of any license issued by the Construction Industry Licensing Board of the Department of Professional Regulation. You can search the individuals personal name or the business name. Search will also show whether the license is active, inactive or delinquent. It also includes the Electrical Industry Licensing board for all electric Contractors. There is no extra charge for this search.

Display CreditWATCH Report
This option monitors your own customers for any new activity that will have a negative effect on their credit rating. At any time, CreditWATCH will notify you automatically if any of your customers become past due with another material supplier or if they have a lien filed against them on any project. Instantly you will know of any negative change to their credit status.

NTO Request
For those members who normally Mail or Fax in their NTO Request, this electronic NTO request form is for you. Instead of handwriting the NTO request and faxing it to us (and wondering if we received it). You can complete the NTO request online and get a e-mail confirmation "instantly" showing a summary of all the NTO requests LCA has received.

NTO Status
This NTO Status menu will allow you to check the status of the NTO's online. You will be able to check any NTO request we are currently working on for you that have not been completed. In addition, you will be able to cancel a NTO request and know the exact status of your NTO. Keep in mind that Lumbermen's will be "data warehousing" your completed NTO's for up to a period of 2 years, so you will be using this status menu several different times over the timeline of the NTO.

NTO Search
For those members who use the current "dial-in" system, this is everything you ever dreamed of and more. The search center will allow you to search any number of variables. Such as general contractor and owner or just records that were filed the last 60 days or 90 days, you set the search parameters. In addition, the summary screen will show you more detail of each record than you have ever seen before. Of course, this will allow you to know for sure that you have selected the correct record.

Releases/Reprint NTO
After Lumbermen's has completed the research and mailed out the NTO, this search will allow you to view or print the completed NTO. In addition, we will store the NTO for you for a period of at least two years, which will allow you to re-print the NTO anytime you want. Think about it, you will never have to file the completed NTO in your filing cabinet. Anytime you like; you can reprint the actual NTO without having to go look for it in your filing cabinet. As we will maintain all you’re completed NTO’s in Lumbermen's "electronic" filing cabinet. This is known as "data warehousing".
This option will also allow you to just "point" and "click" to get a completely filled out Partial or Final Release of Lien based on all the information from the completed NTO. No more re-entering the exact legal description & hunting for the NTO to get the owner's name.
